Interiors & Features:
The Audi e-tron GT models will come equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and shift-by-wire gear technology. The GT version of the Audi e-tron will be positioned above other luxury electric vehicles in the market, such as the Mercedes EQC or the Jaguar I-Pace.
Battery and Performance:
The Audi e-tron GT gets its power from an 85 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. It is powered by a 475 hp electric motor which helps the car to generate 630 Nm of peak torque. The RS variant of the e-tron GT is slightly more powerful even though the battery pack size remains the same. The RS e-Tron GT could generate a maximum output of 598 hp and peak torque of 830 Nm.
Performance wise, the e-tron GT will be quicker than the regular e-tron and the e-tron Sportback models. Audi says that the GT model can accelerate from zero to 100 kmph in four seconds and reach a top speed of 245 kmph. However, the RS variant of the electric car will be the fastest in the family with zero to 100 kmph in 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 250 kmph.
Charging :
Like Audi cars, the e-tron GT and RS electric are all-wheel drive while the lithium-ion battery system is located between the axles. Being a high performance EV, these cars also have an impressive range of up to 500 kms (WLTP range). So there is absolutely no need for frequent charging and you can easily cover long distances in this car.
Range :
As far as the range is concerned, the standard e-tron GT model can go up to 488 kms without recharging. However, the range of the RS e-Tron GT is marginally lower at around 472 kms on a single charge.
